Send It

On my rainy front steps I hugged a mom this morning. She went limp in my arms, her head on my shoulder and asked "why?" Through tears and quiet sobs, she whispered that she has a bad feeling now. Not the hopeful one she has felt in the 4 weeks since her oldest son was diagnosed with Leukemia.

He had a bad night and he isn't doing well and they don't know why.

Whatever you believe in, whatever strength, energy, or love you have today...please send it to my friend, her son, and their family.

They need it.

Lauren,
Our hearts and prayers go out to your friend. I believe in my heart that God has chose you to be her Guardian Angel to comfort her and her family. Love you, Auntie M

I'm thinking about them, Lauren. We met his adorable younger brother who looks up to him to very much so I'm hoping to hear some good news very soon.

You are their rock right now. you are always a rock. . . . for everybody, every baby, every brother, every friend, every neighbor, every mom, everyone you meet. Hope you remember to take care of you. I know how much you hurt right now. I wish I was there to just give you a big hug. Sending one now, baby girl. Love you more.
